What we collect, and what we do with it.
MRO Pulse has one form on this site: the early access request. This page explains exactly what that form collects and how to be removed. It covers this website only, not the MRO Pulse application, which is governed by the agreement with each customer.
What we collect
Your email address, and nothing else. There is no account, no profile and no tracking of your visit. We do not use advertising cookies or third party analytics on this site.
Our server briefly records the IP address a submission came from, so the form cannot be flooded by automated traffic. It is used for that purpose only and is not linked to you.
Why we collect it
To tell you when early access opens for your operation, and to send occasional updates before then. We do not sell, rent or share your address, and we do not send anything on behalf of anyone else.
How consent is recorded
Submitting the form does not subscribe you. We email you first and you have to confirm. Only then are you added. With each confirmed subscription we store what you agreed to, the version of that wording and the moment you agreed, so there is a record of consent on both sides.
Where it is stored
Our email list and the confirmation emails are handled by Brevo, an email platform based in the European Union, acting as our processor. Your address is stored on their systems and on our server in Canada.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to stop. If you unsubscribe or ask to be removed we delete your address from the list. We keep the consent record itself for as long as we are required to, so we can show that consent was properly obtained.
How to be removed
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately. You can also write to us at the address below and ask to be removed, to see what we hold about you, or to have it corrected.
